Our refund policy is that we don’t offer refunds. There is a very good reason for this – and it is based on the open and honest way we approach projects and work.
For all projects, we take payment on completion of works or stage payments throughout the job whilst work is being carried out.
Should there be any dispute with the invoice, we ask that this is raised in writing within 7 days of receipt. This is why we don’t have a refund policy but we do want you to communicate any concerns with us, should you have them.
